The Life without Passion
W.Shakespeare
THEY that have power to hurt, and will do none,
That do not do the thing they most do show,
Who, moving others, are themselves as stone,
Unmovèd, cold, and to temptation slow,—
They rightly do inherit heaven's graces,
And husband nature's riches from expense;
They are the lords and owners of their faces,
Others, but stewards of their excellence.
The summer's flower is to the summer sweet,
Though to itself it only live and die;
But if that flower with base infection meet,
The basest weed outbraves his dignity:
For sweetest things turn sourest by their deeds;
Lilies that fester smell far worse than weeds.

~UnLucKy Me~
I'm on the verge of pulling my hair!! Very the k****a ok. I rebooted my pc yesterday and saved all data except one teeny weeny product key.
This teeny weeny product key also happens to be the key to my fav. game at the moment, "Roller Rush". Poor me loved the game so much that I bought it online ok. BOOHOOHOO! Lost the product key so cannot reactivate the game!!! Technical support also so slowwwwww. Now I feel so lost lorrr. Don't know what game to play.......
Kinda sick of The Sims...played Diner Dash to death...and am stuck with 7 Sins. Lalalalalalala. Lemme throng the net now to shop for some more games. Hahaha. Other peeps go online to shop for clothes, shoes, blah blah but me shop for games. Weirdo.
I'm losing it. Just now at the shopfloor I was like a fool talking to the Nintendo DS. Yupz...talking to a handheld Nintendo.
All thanks to Albert who showed me this brain game thingy which requires u identify the colors and to say it out loud to the mic on the set. Crazy me was all over the set trying to say out the colors without realising Alan was rite behind me...laughing his head off...to see this siao cha bor..
Anywayz..on a good note, I bought lychees!! Actually dun noe why also cos' I still hv alot inside my fridge...Wah, today talk a lot horrr.

Not So Little Black Bin
Hv u guys ever bought stuff dat u tink u r so gonna need but it ends up hiding in a corner?? Well then...Welcome to the Club.
Sitting in front of my PC now and resting my feet on my Osim Isqueeze which has been parked here for donkey yrs. Bought it 'cos i tot my tired feet are dying to use them. Haha..I tot wrong. Used it for only a couple of weeks before it's outta sight.
I tink my Uzap is also hiding inside the storeroom or sumwhere in the house. AArrgghh. My house now is like a treasure trove or rather a rubbish dump. My sons' room is so full of toys that I tink we need to do some serious spring cleaning.
My hubby is good at that, right Mr Acit?? He simply luurrrveesss to throw away stuff; ESPECIALLY my stuff. My precious pics and cards that I've kept since my school days wld hv found its way to the dumpster too if I hadn't salvaged it. Don't the man know what are"memories"? Weird, this husband of mine.
Can't sleep...trying to but simply can't. Dreading to go back to work....

~Sobz* BROKE
Hellooo ppl! I'm backkk!! At last..Home Sweet Home. I kinda miss the hotel room though. *sigh*
Can't have best of both worlds.
My dear hubby and I had a wonderful time at Genting but at times I wished my babies were there with me. Poor kiddos. Had to stay at home with my maid due to school.
It was so foggy and misty over there and cold too. The stuff there are expensive too. My honey wanted to taste their so called "Ipoh" chicken rice. Imagine how shocked we were when at the cashier the bill was RM12.50 for that plate. Whoa..that is equivalent to S$5.50. Very expensive hor.
The rides there are cool too. Haha! I took this Space Shot thingy which 'shot' up to 185 feet! It was really awesome!! Poor hubby though was screaming his heart out.
We also saw this "Haunted Adventure" thingy. Being the 2 'terrors' that we are, we gamely bought tickets for it. We were greeted by this 'hantu'(who is actully an Indian guy) at the entrance.
The 'hantu' explained to us the disclaimers and stuff and reminded us not to hit any ghosts. My hubby burst out laughing as he was already prepared to whack anything that gets in the way. Too bad, love.
The funny thing was, we took like only 5 steps before we bolted back to the entrance. My "macho" hubby told the 'hantu' that with just the 2 of us, its not fun. In actual fact we both were scared of our wits and cannot go thru it by ourselves. Haha!! So we waited for another group of ppl before we dared to go in. The walk inside was really scary but fun 'cos the girls in front of us were really happening.
We had fun but.....my credit card bill is going to kill me at the end of the month! *sigh* Guess the OT that I did for last mth have to go towards paying my credit card bill...
:P :P :P :P
