The Life without Passion
W.Shakespeare
THEY that have power to hurt, and will do none,
That do not do the thing they most do show,
Who, moving others, are themselves as stone,
Unmovèd, cold, and to temptation slow,—
They rightly do inherit heaven's graces,
And husband nature's riches from expense;
They are the lords and owners of their faces,
Others, but stewards of their excellence.
The summer's flower is to the summer sweet,
Though to itself it only live and die;
But if that flower with base infection meet,
The basest weed outbraves his dignity:
For sweetest things turn sourest by their deeds;
Lilies that fester smell far worse than weeds.

The Beginning
It's a week into the New Year already. How time flies. My baby has safely survived the first day of school. It was really overwhelming to see Raul in his glorious unifom and how it hit me that my baby has grown up.
It was really weird to see so many boys all at once. I never realised how big primary school really was. Of course it took me quite sometime to get used to the non-existence of girls. (Duh!It's a boys school!)
I'm so proud of my baby and how well-behaved he was throughout. Some boys were totally....how shall i put it..'quirky'?
Anyway, my wish for the New Year is for my three babies to be blessed with good health and to enjoy a smooth sailing year ahead.
No resolutions for me as it doesn't have to be a new year to make resolutions. Resolutions can be made anytime, anyday. Its just how you keep it that matters.
